Great list. The only thing with most of these paid blogging sites is the fact that there are certain require ents for posts. Some of the top end posts require you to have a certain PR and certain amount of visitors and RSS readers.
Some of the sites require your blog to be 90 days old. Some only 60 days.
I will have reached the 90 days on the 1st of Dec. I have done one paid review already and declined another as it was not relevent to what I blog about. Which just shows that you may get offers for reviews but they might not be appropriate for your site. Don’t just accept a review because it is offered, stick to your blog topic.

You can join as many of them as you like, but your site can’t be all reviews as you need to have a 3:1 ratio of posts to paid posts for most of these sites. So if you post three times a day you can then do a paid post, but this is a lot of blogging and unless you have lots to blog about it will get very tiresome and you will run out of ideas soon.
Although the idea of doing a paid post everyday is very pleasing it is not practical.

Just to add what mike had already said, you can join as many as you like and can grab some quick cash but my advice is: join all the good programs such as Revieme, PayPerPost, SponsoredReviews. pick the jobs that relates to your blog niche and do some quality paid posting. Don’t blog to earn cash but blog to help others and focus on building constant traffic. You can earn a lot from the programs if you have the right PR, good readerbase and a lot of traffic.
So whatever you are thinking don’t rush to grab a few hundred $$ instead take time and build a better blog. this way you can build a long term income. Just what john chow, shoemoney and all the other famous bloggers are doing.
